  • Gifted Things offers free next day delivery across Phillip Island & San Remo from Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm.  After purchase - we will contact you to make arrangements to deliver to you. 

    Weekend deliveries can be made by arrangement.

    Shipping/Delivery can be arranged to other locations - contact us for a delivery quote prior to purchase.  Please note that certain plants are unable to be shipped - we can offer a great alternative plant in this case.

    We take responsible service of alcohol seriously.  Please see our Alcohol Policy below - if the gift hamper contains alcohol, we are only able to deliver to a person over the age of 18.  We cannot leave gifts containing alcohol unattended.  

    Returns

    If you are unhappy with any aspect of your gift on delivery - please contact us.  We will happily refund or replace if you are unsatisfied for any reason.  If you need help with Plant Care - please contact us and we can provide further information on how to care for your new plant!

     

  • Gifted Things practices responsible service of alcohol. It is an offence to supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. 

    If ordering a gift hamper containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18. 

    We cannot deliver hampers containing alcohol to a person under the age of 18 and we may ask to see identification to confirm this.  We are unable to leave hampers unattended at an address that is unattended. 

    We are currently not required under Victorian Law to hold a liquor licence due to the Floristry and Gifting exemption. 

    ​A liquor licence is not required to sell alcohol that is included in the sale of flowers or food designed to be delivered as a genuine gift to a person, such as a gift basket or bouquet of flowers.

    • the alcohol included in the gift must be purchased from a retail liquor outlet.
    • two litres is the maximum volume of alcohol permitted in each gift.
    • the gift must be packaged and presented in such a manner that it would be taken to be a gift.
    • the gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser.
    • the gift cannot be delivered to a person at the location where the gift was purchased.
    • gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am to 7pm.
